8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOTORS365 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Motors365 in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
