  3. Save Searches: Save your search criteria to receive alerts

  1. Click on the vehicle listing you're interested in
  2. Find the "Contact Seller" button on the listing page
  3. Choose your contact method:
    • Message through Motors365: Send a secure message via our platform
    • Phone: Call directly (if number is provided)
    • Schedule viewing: Request a viewing appointment
  4. Include specific questions about the vehicle
  5. Wait for the seller's response (usually within 24 hours)

Safety tip: Always meet sellers in public places and bring someone with you for viewings

    • Request HPI check or vehicle history report
    • Check MOT history online (free)

  5. Click "Save Changes"

For security, we recommend changing your password regularly:

  1. Go to "Account Settings"
  2. Click on "Security" tab
  3. Select "Change Password"
  4. Enter your current password
  5. Enter and confirm your new password

Note: Motors365 does not handle vehicle purchase payments directly - these are arranged between buyer and seller
