Workshop
MOT texts go out before the test expires. The customer books on your page. A confirmation text comes back with the date and time, and the job is already on the diary.
This is the path a car takes through the workshop. Health-check approval and card payment start on Professional. Job cards are Enterprise.
Texts at 28 days, 14 days, and 3 days. If the MOT has already expired, a separate message says so. Each reminder carries a link to book.
Your page at a garage address on Motors365. MOT, full service, interim service, repair, diagnostic, tyres, or other. No customer login.
When the booking is created, an SMS names the job, the date, and the time. You can turn that text off for a single booking.
The diary is a day view split by workshop bay. A booking can be pending, confirmed, checked in, complete, cancelled, or a no-show.
On the day, the status moves from confirmed to checked in. The customer, registration, and job type are already on the booking.
The customer opens their own link and approves the extra work. Professional and above.
Line items with VAT at 20%. Send it by SMS or email. Card payment uses a pay link. Card payment is Professional and above.
Open, in progress, awaiting parts, awaiting authorisation, quality check, ready, invoiced, closed. Enterprise.
A new workshop gets MOT reminders, an expired-MOT warning, a component advisory, a win-back text, and a thank-you two days after the visit. You can edit the wording.
The MOT reminders include the customer’s name, the car, the due date, how many days are left, and the booking link.
Four links. None of them need a Motors365 account.
They pick the job, a day, and a time from the slots you have set. Working hours and the slot length come from your workshop settings.
A private link for that visit. They review the recommended work and approve it. Professional and above.
A pay link for the invoice. Professional and above. The invoice itself can be raised on Starter.
A private link to that customer’s record of the work you have done.
Customers, with consent for SMS and email, and a CSV import when you are moving off a spreadsheet. Vehicles, with MOT history and the services you have already recorded.
Campaigns can be started, paused, and measured. Advisory, win-back, and thank-you texts sit alongside the MOT sequence.
Starter covers customers, vehicles, the diary, online booking, confirmation texts, MOT reminders, and invoices.
Professional adds the health check and taking card payment on the invoice. Enterprise adds job cards. Those are the gates the product enforces.
One subscription. The workshop level follows the plan. Prices exclude VAT. Yearly prices are shown per month.
Monthly billing is £50 more on Starter and Professional. Enterprise is £399 a month. Stock checks, the API, and DMS connections are on the overview.
Register the dealership. The diary, booking page, and reminders are included with Starter.
